Project details

What we need
  • Update to or creation of one new HR policy or procedure, such as any of the following: Standards of Conduct, Work Schedules, Leave Policies, Termination Policies, Safety & Security, Anti-Discrimination policies, Compensation & Benefits policies, Work From Home Policies, etc.
Additional details

We are seeking a new policy relating to "opting-out" of our health insurance. We currently offer it at 100%. We'd like to consider compensation en lieu of this and want to make sure we are doing it legally (ACA, etc) and equitably.

Thanks!

What we have in place
  • We currently have a full policy manual, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a draft of a potential policy shared by our insurance broker, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $1,480 , allowing us to change a boy's life for the better, not only helping him and his family, but helping the community around him.

We are a small nonprofit and always looking for ways to benefit our employees. They work so hard to try and change the world and anything we can do to improve our policies/benefits is a major help.
