What we need
- An initial set of Google Analytics reports that can be used to track key metrics about the Organization’s web performance and insights on visitors' interest
- Training on how to maintain reports and analyze collected data to inform changes to the Organization's web presence
- Optional: Training on how to create reports and use common insights features in Google Analytics

Looking for developers/data analysts who are interested in analyzing business needs and developing organizational reporting and dashboards using Google Data Studio with focus on creating dashboards/reports to understand, improve, and optimize volunteer activities throughout the organization.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Google Data Studio and GAT+ (audit tool).
* Proficiency in data analysis and extraction.
* Working knowledge of Jira and Slack.
(Min. 3 months commitment expected)

- We currently have a team in place and the tools, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have the tools, and the ability to provide any other information you need.

This project will save us $3,757 , allowing us to provides instruction to 30 more students

JerseySTEM is a grassroots 501(c) nonprofit organization dedicated to bringing Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math ("STEM") education to 5th-8th grade girls in New Jersey underserved communities
We partner with socially responsible companies and their employees, youth organizations in underserved communities, and civic-minded college students and universities.
Together we develop and deliver innovative, hands-on, and online afterschool projects and inquiry-based learning opportunities that develop teamwork, 21st-century problem-solving skills, and self-esteem.

Reduce the gender gap in STEM participation;
Bridge the innovation gap in STEM education by introducing novel formats for teaching Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math;
Address the opportunity gap by expanding access to STEM programs in underserved communities.
