What we need
  • An easily understood visual aid that communicates complex information
  • A high-resolution version of the Infographic in the Organization’s preferred format
What we have in place
  • We currently have data on volunteer numbers, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have an idea on how we'd like to present data and numbers, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,397 , allowing us to promote to 5000 community members, volunteers, donors and future supporters.

The success of our organization depends on developing collateral. Without your help, we cannot present our message to current and future supporters. Your skills will empower us to visually improve our message in an easy and logical manner.

Prep: Distribution of Prep Materials
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional discuss the objective of the infographic, key audiences, and style preferences (if any)
  • Volunteer Manager shares examples of infographics they like with the Professional
  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with data or other source of information to draw from

Milestone 1: Preliminary Sketching
  • Professional develops three drafted concepts to share with the Organization
  • Volunteer Manager chooses one draft as a primary concept and provides feedback

Milestone 2: Graphic Creation
  • Professional provides Volunteer Manager with first draft of Infographic
  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with up to two rounds feedback

Milestone 3: Presentation of Deliverables
  • Professional delivers the final version of the Infographic including specifications for usage (colors, size, etc.)

The mission of Hui o Ko'olaupoko is to protect ocean health by restoring the 'aina: mauka to makai.

What we do

Hui o Ko`olaupoko (HOK) is a 501(c)3 non-profit watershed management group established in 2007 to work with communities to improve water quality through ecosystem restoration and storm water management, focusing specifically in the Ko`olaupoko region – from Makapu`u to Kualoa. HOK implements innovative, on-the-ground projects that effectively manage and protect water quality and natural resources in Hawai`i
