Project details
What we need
- Assessment of Organization’s current CRM practices with recommendations on improvements such as setup, maintenance, integrations with other systems, and insights reporting
- Recommendations on a new CRM system and related costs (if necessary) such as Airtable, Bloomerang, Kindful, Raiser's Edge, Salesforce, or Salsa CRM
- Note: This project does not include implementation of recommended CRM platform. For a project to advise and implement an entire system, try our Customer Database (CRM) Setup project
Additional details
Hello,
My organization; Calmer Choice, currently uses the Neon CRM fundraising platform. It's not being used to it's full capacity and information fields are outdated/not needed. Looking for a volunteer to help audit and help us determine best data collection fields and recommendations on how to best to segment and engage these segments for fundraising and marketing our programs to the community.

What we have in place
- We currently have a list of frustrations and a list of what we need, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a staff person who can work with volunteer, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,315 , allowing us to redirect this spend to implementing the changes needed to our database through a contract hire who can help us with database clean up and organization.
We aren't tapping into our full protentional fundraising abilities. We selected this CRM product in our organization's infancy and it hasn't been transitioned into our next phase of growth as an organization that has served over 40,000 people.
Project plan
Our mission
Cultivating Awareness. Living Mindfully. Enhancing Resilience.
What we do
Calmer Choice partners with schools and community organizations across to deliver a low-cost prevention program based on practicing mindfulness. Our programming equips children with a suite of skills to increase inner resilience, reduce the impact of stress, manage emotional responses, learn self-control and increase their sense of well-being.
Calmer Choice helps schools integrate its program into their school culture by training school staff to deliver Calmer Choice programming directly and by providing resources for educators and parents to develop the same inner skills being taught in the classroom. In short, Calmer Choice aims to impact the culture and outcomes of an entire school and community, working one person at time toward a world where people lead lives of kindness and compassion toward themselves and others.
