  • An internal guide to align day-to-day operations and goals
  • A fresh perspective on an Organization’s goals and strategies
What we have in place
  • We currently have a strategic plan, brand audit and previous business plan, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a committed staff and board and inspiring videos and testimonials from past participants, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $15,028 , allowing us to bring creative leadership trainings to over 35 underserved urban youth.

ArtCorps has recently undergone a strategic shift to be able to reach more constituents and have sustainable impact. We need someone who can help us develop a strong and clear business plan that will allow us to review and analyze our position in the marketplace, and strengthen our place in it!
