What we need
  • A detailed Operating Budget covering at least one full fiscal year
  • Expert advice on how to reconcile actual expenses with budgeted expenses
What we have in place
  • My organization is in need of a consultant to work with me and my bookkeeper to develop our organization budget for the fiscal year 2022-2023. Our bookkeeper has more experience with small businesses and needs to be trained more in this area, including me.
How this will help
This project will save us $9,114 , allowing us to maintain our budget and to help with maintaining reserves.

Our mission

Performing Stars transforms the lives of low income, primarily multi-cultural children throughout Marin County by using enrichment programs to build pride, character, discipline and self-esteem. Our programs help youth develop good work habits and positive social skills, enhance academic performance and professional readiness, improve critical thinking and communications skills, and gain the confidence they need to overcome the limitations imposed by poverty.
