What we need
- Ongoing HR support for 10-15 hours over the course of 4 weeks
- Support may include: hiring, compensation & benefits, HR policy & procedure, performance management, and/or workplace culture
- Note: We devised this project to connect nonprofits and volunteers for more flexible, more immediate impact. We strongly suggest you start with 4 weeks and decide from there if you'd like to continue working. For this project, we also recommend working with a volunteer who is knowledgeable about the Organization's state policies
Additional details
As we prepare to hire and promote, we need help creating an aligned title ladder and compensation plan, as well as a refined evaluation process.
What we have in place
- We currently have job descriptions and current salary/benefit offerings, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have an employee handbook and an evaluation draft/template, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $1,955 , allowing us to use the savings towards building our program for formerly incarcerated individuals
We are a nascent nonprofit in the middle of fundraising $1.5M. This project is important because it will allow us to communicate clearly to funders and use the hours saved towards building our program for formerly incarcerated individuals.
