What we need
- Up to 6 coaching sessions with a staff member
- Initial assessment of areas of strength, target(s) for improvement, and area(s) of focus for coaching sessions
- A foundation for process and best practices when confronting change
- Wrap-up session with actionable steps and advice for moving forward through change
Additional details
As the Deputy Director, I am in charge of helping the Executive Director with Strategy and also development. There have been several leadership shifts and jobs vacated recently so we need to strategies one professional development, business development and be clear about donations and sponsorships too.
What we have in place
- We currently have Office space, support staff, and equipment, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have Myself, the Executive Director, and staff, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $5,620 , allowing us to Spend more time on the more creative aspects of our job and also pay artists that we have in residency or contract more.
We believe that if we can get a clear focus on a more concrete mission of our development and strategic goals then we will have purpose for our work.

Our mission
Founded in 1965 under the aegis of the Chinese Culture Foundation of San Francisco, the mission of CCC (Chinese Culture Center) is to elevate underserved communities and give voice to equality through contemporary art and education.
What we do
CCC is a multidisiplinary arts nonprofit. We do contemporary art exhibitions, walking tours on civil rights activism of Chinatown, and an engagement strategy of "Building A Museum Without Walls" that includes art happenings in the community - public art, festivals, artist residencies.
