What we'd like to talk about
I'd like strategic advice on our current organizational structure. We previously had issues with hiring the wrong candidate and we are looking to fill a position.
Additional context
PSMA only has the funding for 2 full-time positions. We have never been able to fill the 2 positions with candidates who compliment each other. The job description of Distribution Center Supervisor doesn't truly encompass what the job is, therefore, we have had the wrong candidate in this position. I would like feedback on that job description and how PSMA can better organize it's employees to run an efficient program.
