What we need
  • Well written copy for an email series (3-5 emails), or significant edits to an existing campaign
Additional details

Email outreach letters for prospective program sponsors. The goal is to capture the attention of prospective sponsors so they want to learn more about our programs and hopefully become a sponsor.

What we have in place
  • We currently have an existing letter, sponsorship packet, impact report, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a program one sheet overview, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $1,550 , allowing us to put that funding directly toward working with students on environmental and social justice projects in schools and communities in the United States and around the world.

I want to learn how to craft a compelling letter that generates interest in our programs that leads to more companies becoming sponsors.

  • Volunteer Manager provides examples of existing communications and marketing materials such as links to website and social media, brochures, and other collateral
  • Volunteer Manager provides brand messaging guide and marketing strategy (if applicable)

  • Volunteer Manager and Professional connect to discuss goals of email marketing, target audience, and desired style and tone of writing

  • Professional shares first drafts of email copy with Volunteer Manager for feedback with respect to style, tone, clarity, and length

  • Professional incorporates feedback and submits final copy for review
