What we need
- A professionally designed online survey ready to use (set up with Google Forms, SurveyMonkey, Typeform, SurveyLegend, or other tool)
- Training to equip staff to execute and manage survey

We would like our facility rental application to be converted into a Google Forms tool so we have a better way of tracking who is renting our facilities.
What we have in place
- We currently have a Facility Rental Application document, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have me, I can help :), and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,828 , allowing us to focus on our kids programs and farmers market
Transferring our word doc into a Google Form will help us in tracking. We would like to easily pull numbers of how many people are renting our facilities and what type of programs they are...
