What we need
- A professionally designed online survey ready to use (set up with Google Forms, SurveyMonkey, Typeform, SurveyLegend, or other tool)
- Training to equip staff to execute and manage survey
Additional details
I am looking for assistance in designing an online survey for our volunteer base. I'd like to capture their satisfaction, what their journey has been like (onboarding, experience) Training, and how they perceive their impact in the organization. And an area for feedback. This information will really help us dial in how we are engaging our volunteers in all areas and aspects. Our organization relies on volunteer support and I'd like to make sure we are doing all we can to support them.
What we have in place
- We currently have a few survey drafts we created, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have any info you need, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,828 , allowing us to focus on other areas like recruiting volunteers and providing staff training on working along side volunteers
Habitat is a volunteer heavy organization and we rely on them to help us move forward with our mission in building homes, community and hope. Because of COVID things have slipped through the cracks a bit and we want to get back on track and make sure we are doing right by our volunteers by making sure they feel supported, thanked/valued, well trained & informed, and feel that they are making an impact and enjoying what they are doing.
