Project details

What we need
  • A well written, meaningful thank you letter (no more than 1,000 words or standard two-page letter) that effectively communicates how the donation has helped the Organization
Additional details

We need a thank you letter specifically for first-time donors, 30-60 days after their first donation. We want to celebrate our new friends and relationships in a meaningfully heartfelt, insightful, and fun way.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a donor persona, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have thank-you letter best practices, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,140 , allowing us to to reallocate much-needed funding to helping people find and keep affordable housing in our county.

We want to create opportunities for conversation with all our donors --- especially new ones. This project will help us celebrate their decision to give and help solidify us as "the right choice" in their pursuit of more affordable housing for others. By strengthening our donor communications efforts, we will be able to enhance our fundraising. That means more affordable housing opportunities for hardworking individuals and families who work in this community but can't afford to live in it.
