What we need
- Set up of Organization's account in email marketing software (possible tools include Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Campaign Monitor)
- Imported contact list into software with guidance on list cleaning & management
Additional details
We are looking to start sending out monthly new letters and emails to supporters.
What we have in place
- We currently have a list of email address on xcell spreadsheet, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have outlook email, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,640 , allowing us to have more money to operate our homes. $2000 pays for one months rent on one house. $3600 almost covers two months of rent.
We want to share our residents success with our supporter's. We would like to keep supporter's engaged with events and needs of JCS
