Project details

What we need
  • Feedback on the current website’s layout, user functionality, mobile-friendliness, visual design, content, and other key features
  • Clear articulation of the Organization’s goals for the website
  • Recommendations for improvements to help achieve the Organization’s desired goals
  • Note: If you are looking for a more specific, in-depth audit of your website's design and usability, try our Website Usability Audit project
Additional details

- Suggestions on website updates for a more modern feel and improved user experience
- Improved connections between our website, newsletter, and social media channels

What we have in place
  • Our website is run on WordPress and we have Google Analytics set up; however, we are unsure of its accuracy and fairly unfamiliar with the platform. We are happy to schedule additional meetings for clarification.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,762 , allowing us to spend more time developing meaningful content and resources for Hill Country communities.

After more than 15 years serving our community, we are due for a website clean-up and re-organization that will allow us to improve site accessibility, modernize formatting, and grow our online reach. We hope that by doing so we can better tell our organization and region's story to inspire needed change and action in our region.

Testimonials

This was Hyun's first project with Catchafire and she did a phenomenal job! We are so grateful to have had the opportunity to connect with her and have her support with a website audit. Her work was very high quality and suggestions she made were easy to understand - even for folks without a web design background. Not only did she create helpful guidance documents that we can refer back to, but she also drafted a prototype landing page to serve as an added a visual example. We highly recommend working with her on a website audit!

Storytelling and Public Engagement Manager

Website Audit Project

I'm very grateful to have had the opportunity to connect with Hill Country Alliance and support their Website Audit. Leah (Storytelling and Public Engagement Manager) was really helpful in providing details on the scope of work, expectations, and project timeline which has helped me organize and plan the project accordingly. This was my first Catchafire project and being able to contribute to a organization I care about was both meaningful and exciting. I'd love to be able to work with Hill Country Alliance in the future if more opportunities come up.
