What we need
  • A 4-week content calendar for one social media platform, including graphics & copy (12-20 posts, or as agreed upon by both parties)
  • A content calendar template that can be used to plan out posts in the future

Bay Area Tutoring Association would like to build an effective, continuous and automated social media calendar to increase our impact, social media followers and engage potential clients partners using Facebook and LinkedIn.

What we have in place
  • We currently have stock photos, scheduling tool, and 2 key points of contact., which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have deep tutoring industry knowledge, marketing budget, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,212 , allowing us to share more stories, reach more students, potential donors and volunteers.

In today's work social media is the dominate force in outreach and impact. COVID19 has slowed our face to face interactions with students, families, volunteers, schools and donors. The right messaging, consistently provided will help our non profit tremendously.

  • Volunteer Manager shares social media credentials and existing marketing materials with Professional
  • (If applicable) Professional audits existing social media account to determine which content types are performing best
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional discuss & agree upon target audiences, content types, and posting frequency

  • Professional uses Google Sheets, Excel, Airtable, or comparable software to set up content calendar structure
  • Volunteer Manager reviews and provides feedback, which Professional incorporates

  • Volunteer Manager shares raw materials (photos, quotes, stories, etc) that Professional needs to create content
  • Professional creates up to 4 weeks’ worth of social media posts (approximately 12-20 posts) and inputs into calendar
  • Volunteer Manager reviews and provides feedback, which Professional incorporates
