  • Advice on various IT services and the cost-benefit associated with each option
  • Potentially more efficient and secure services
  • Note: This does not include tech systems set up or implementation
Additional details

Asian American Lead needed assistance in its IT Innovation, Comparison & possession audit on the following dimensions or context:

What advanced technological options/applications are available in the market?
Increasing productivity and efficiency of the team?

How to ensure growth is achieved by leveraging the latest IT software and Hardware?
Risks Mitigation/Control: How to reduce or mitigate the vulnerabilities of disasters or data breach/loss

What we have in place
  • We are currently using Google Workspace, Quickbooks Online, MentorCore/CiviCore, Social Solutions. Recently have been getting a lot of spam. Don't have a policy/mechanism to secure or safeguard IT equipment from disasters, theft, or other issues.

We have three printers on lease. We have 6 apple laptops and basic IT equipment for our day to day business operations.
How this will help
This project will save us $11,261 , allowing us to reach our organizational goals and improve team productivity, safeguard organizational resources and prevent any disaster or risk not achieving its mission.

This project is important to safeguard and improvise on the existing IT infrastructure and build a one to reach organizational goals.
