We are a small but growing organization that needs an equitable and transparent salary structure for the many roles on our team. We have employees in multiple states with varying costs of living and need a plan that is fair to everyone. We are also working to ensure that the many attributes, skills and experience individual staff members bring to the team are valued.

What we have in place
  • We currently have updated job descriptions for most positions, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a recently updated employee handbook, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,866 , allowing us to invest in professional development trainings requested by our staff to foster a culture of excellence and care for our team.

As a key organizational priority, we want to model equity and inclusion to our constituents and must start by ensuring equity in our workplace. We also want to attract and retain diverse and enthusiastic staff members to support the growth of our programs and our organizational development.
