What we need
- A concise, well-articulated letter (not exceeding two pages) to request funds from individual donors
Additional details
We would like an individual donor letter for a sexual assault awareness month (April) email appeal celebrating our 50th anniversary. The email will be sent out to anyone who has previously donated through our website.
What we have in place
- We currently have previous individual donor email templates, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have impact data, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $940 , allowing us to spend more time on increasing our donor base and considering new ways to promote the work we do.
It is challenging to find the time to write new email appeals for every relevant event throughout the year and having fresh ideas would give us the energy to creatively expand our fundraising.

Our mission
The Mission of Bay Area Women Against Rape is to empower, support, intervene on behalf of, and advocate for sexual assault survivors and their significant others. Bay Area Women Against Rape also strives to provide education to the community at large in an effort to increase its awareness of and sensitivity to sexual violence issues.
