What we need
- Designs for one piece of marketing or communications collateral (e.g., fact sheet, case study, event invitations)
- Templates with accurate, print-ready specifications
- Note: Please post an additional project if more than one piece of collateral is needed
Additional details
We need a new 2-page (front and back of 1 sheet) introduction that can be updated for future results in Adobe Photoshop. We will need a couple of new infographics as part of the design. We have previous examples, current draft copy and lots of photos as collateral.
What we have in place
- We currently have previous similar documents, photos, draft copy and data, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have multiple versions of a high res logo, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,002 , allowing us to buy new power back-up equipment for staff and replace very dated laptops for our students in SA.
There will be increased interest in our work next year as a result of initiatives completed this year and visibility activities rolling out in 2022. Our previous 2-pager (1 sheet, 2 sides) has been tweaked and over stuffed trying to meet too many needs. We need a fresh look and way to introduce our work that more expertly makes people want to learn more.

Our mission
inite Family motivates black South African teens via video mentoring to transform their lives by creating opportunities through choices, actions and hard work during secondary school. With comprehensive training and real-time support, our volunteer mentors, living in South Africa and 17 other countries develop their mentees' strengths in: education, career preparation, technology literacy, life skills and communication. By helping them learn to manage the toxic stress of growing up surrounded by extreme violence and poverty, Video Mentors help their mentees build resilience, resourcefulness and responsibility as they work toward economic stability and self-reliance.
