What we need
  • An edited 1-3 minute video delivered in electronic format as agreed upon between the Professional and Organization, with HD quality as a master version, along with any agreed upon formats for final usage

All Things Equal is looking for a video editing extraordinaire who is able to assist us with cutting together footage from the launch of our new ice cream cart. Our car is designed with the intention to further grow and up-skill our workers who are living with a disability. We would be looking for a 1 minute HD video using footage taken from our ice cream party that we are able to use across our social media and send to prospective clients who would like to hire out our cart.

What we have in place
  • We currently have 20gb of raw footage in a dropbox, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have access to a videographer and photographer, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $5,422 , allowing us to to invest more money in providing a safer more accessible workplace for our staff and guests.

This project is vital to the success of being able to showcase our cart and the fun that can be had with it. It will open the doors to many prospective clients which in turn will give All Things Equal the ability to further employ more staff with a disability to grow their skills with cash and EFTPOS transactions , customer service and food handling techniques, procedures and food safety standards.

Prep: Information Sharing & Asset Exchange
  • Volunteer Manager provides overview of vision and goals for video, as well as information about target audience
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional agree upon file format and length of video
  • Volunteer Manager collects collateral (e.g. raw video footage, photos, testimonials, media materials) to be edited into the video, and digitizes all the materials in the format and resolution suggested by the professional. If applicable, the Organization provides links to 3-5 videos it would like the professional to use as a creative guideline for the final product

Milestone 1: Video Outline & Script Finalization
  • Professional reviews assets that the Organization shared (including existing footage and proposed script) to create video outline
  • Professional shares with Organization and incorporates feedback

Milestone 2: Video Creation & Feedback
  • Professional creates video in agreed upon format and shares with Organization for feedback (up to 2 rounds)

Milestone 3: Final Video Delivery
  • Professional delivers final video in agreed upon format
