What we need
  • A 4-week content calendar for one social media platform, including graphics & copy (12-20 posts, or as agreed upon by both parties)
  • A content calendar template that can be used to plan out posts in the future

How to best use Hootsuite. We have been using it and appears the formatting has changed. We use it to message through Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.

What we have in place
  • We currently have Hootsuite, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Linkedin, website, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have Nothing else, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,212 , allowing us to access the professional knowledge base we can't afford.

Not being able to use Hootsuite properly and understanding how to efficiently use social media platforms for more effectively.

  • Volunteer Manager shares social media credentials and existing marketing materials with Professional
  • (If applicable) Professional audits existing social media account to determine which content types are performing best
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional discuss & agree upon target audiences, content types, and posting frequency

Milestone 1: Calendar Structure Creation
  • Professional uses Google Sheets, Excel, Airtable, or comparable software to set up content calendar structure
  • Volunteer Manager reviews and provides feedback, which Professional incorporates

Milestone 2: Content Creation
  • Volunteer Manager shares raw materials (photos, quotes, stories, etc) that Professional needs to create content
  • Professional creates up to 4 weeks’ worth of social media posts (approximately 12-20 posts) and inputs into calendar
  • Volunteer Manager reviews and provides feedback, which Professional incorporates

  • Professional connects Organization’s social media account to a scheduling software like Buffer or Hootsuite
