What we need
- A clear job description for an open position
- A list of interview questions pertaining to the position
- An interview rubric
- Recommendations on qualified candidates that the organization should contact and recruitment platforms to use
- Note: This project does not include salary/benefit recommendations or offer letter construction.
Additional details
We currently have 10 Board members and need a review of their job descriptions (roles and responsibilities) with suggestions to update. Also, we need a few fresh job descriptions written for positions that we would like to fill.
What we have in place
- We currently have some roles and responsibilities written that need review, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a Google doc for access when convenient, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $1,765 , allowing us to formalize the roles and responsbilities.
Since 2019, we have either had our HR role unfilled or when filled, the Board members have not been able to fulfill their roles due to personal medical or FMLA reasons. These documents need a fresh set of eyes for review and we need a couple of new ones written.
