Additional details

St. Sebastians Sports Project is a small non profit helping Los Angeles inner city catholic schools with their sports program. We need help to determine a fair compensation package for our executive director and administration staff.

What we have in place
  • We currently have our administrative staff available, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have financials that we can share with you, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $6,746 , allowing us to This will actually cost money, but we want to be able to report to our funding organizations and people who donate that we have a fair and equitable pay scale. If we don;t pay we will lose key people

We are growing, and our executive director and staffing are spending a vast amount of time, with no compensation. We would like to determine a fair compensation for today, as well as in future years. If we do not compensate key people, our fear is we will lose them to other activities. Or may need to recruit new talent in the future.
