I'm planning on starting a comprehensive comp study in January. At the moment, I just need help with writing an RFP - I have vendors identified that have worked with nonprofit organizations in the housing industry. Would someone be able to help with just that aspect to help get the process going?

What we have in place

    Review current job grading system
    Review compensation philosophy & system, including schedule/system for wage increases for COLA & merit.
    Review job descriptions, job requirements, titles
    Review market data - including custom survey(s) to industry-specific organizations (both nonprofit social service orgs, and affordable housing/real estate orgs)
    Make recommendations

This first step of getting an RFP ready will help me move this project forward. We're currently hiring 3 HR staff, and we're stretched quite thin right now.
