What we need
  • Audit of existing Employee Handbook, or internal communications regarding employment policies
  • Edit or creation of a new Employee Handbook, which may include any of the following: Standards of Conduct, Work Schedules, Leave Policies, Termination Policies, Safety and Security, Anti-Discrimination policies, Compensation and Benefits policies, any Non-Disclosure Agreements or Conflict of Interest statements that may apply, and any other pertinent information
Additional details

We have an existing employee handbook that we would like support updating for a hybrid work environment that is seeking to embrace 21st century work demands. We want our handbook to reflect the demands of today's workforce looking for an inspiring, flexible, and team-centered work place.

What we have in place
  • We currently have an dedicated office manager, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have an existing employee handbook, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,430 , allowing us to invest in our programming, specifically education of teachers, parents, and high school students.

It will allow us to onboard our new hires with ease and enthusiasm for our growing nonprofit.

LiveMore ScreenLess advocates and promotes digital wellbeing for and with young people through a collaborative and comprehensive community approach.

What we do

LiveMore ScreenLess provides awareness and education to promote Digital Wellbeing.

We are a 501 (c) 3 Minnesota-based Nonprofit. Everything we do - form the products and services we offer to the advocacy we advance - follows our 4-stage framework of engagement, education, communication, and systems that is grounded in the Whole School, Whole Community, Whole Child Model (WSCC) developed in partnership with the CDC and ASCD.
