What we'd like to talk about
I am looking for advice on how to create an easy registration/subscription solution for a recurring meeting that sometimes varies in date/time. Users should be able to download to their calendar.
Additional context
I am looking for a solution for a scheduling a meeting series that would be accessible to users to sign up and download to their own calendars. We are currently scheduling from my Outlook calendar by individual session, but it is cumbersome and hard to update or add new people. We are doing most sessions via Zoom.
Details:
We generally meet every other week, but sometimes the time or date is out of the pattern - so not a true recurring meeting.
We have different topics for many of the weeks.
We would like some basic info to register to the series - Name, Organization, Position, email address and org address.
It would be great if they could register once, but be able to get calendar info for all sessions. We use the same Zoom info for the virtual meetings.
Participants could receive updates about sessions.
"Phone calls" are 1 hour, one-time calls with an organization. Learn the difference between volunteering on a Phone call and a Project here.
