What we need
  • Detailed evaluation of a particular program, measured outcomes, and its impact on Organizational goals
  • Recommendations for areas of improvement in program delivery including allocation of resources
Additional details

We completed an online survey of our constituents, 65 responses, 19 questions (agree, strongly agree, etc.) 3 open-ended, and demographic info. We are having trouble analyzing the results and figuring out how to categorize the information. We plan to make this an annual survey conducted each January, and want to be ready to compare to the pilot data and future years.

What we have in place
  • We currently have all of the survey data in several formats, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have staff who created the survey, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,828 , allowing us to better understand our programs

The data is used in multiple ways, to improve programs and support grants.
