What we need
  • Up to 3 customized and professionally designed graphic(s)
Additional details

Our name and address recently changed. We need a new branded template for Mail Chimp communications. We also need social media (Facebook) digital marketing material, and digital ads for online publications.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a logo, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have an old Mail Chimp template, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,002 , allowing us to pay a second staff member to support the ongoing increase in interest-free loan applications.

We are launching our monthly email newsletter, so we can communicate with our supporters and clients about what's happening at The Free Loan

Prep: Distribution of Prep Materials
  • Volunteer Manager shares with Professional the intended platform(s) where graphics will be posted, ideas for copy, and images to include in the graphics (if any)
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional discuss the objective of the graphic, key audiences, and visual branding guidelines
  • Volunteer Manager shares examples of graphics or memes they like with the Professional

Milestone 1: Preliminary Design
  • Professional drafts three graphics using different themes to share with the Volunteer Manager
  • Volunteer Manager chooses one draft as a primary theme and provides feedback

Milestone 2: Graphic Creation
  • Professional provides Volunteer Manager with first draft of graphic
  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with up to two rounds of feedback

Milestone 3: Final Graphic Delivered
  • Professional delivers final version of the graphics and explains how to upload image(s) to the Organization’s chosen platform(s)
