What we need
  • Significant update to Organization’s existing CMS website, such as adding a new page, customizing a theme, adjusting layout, etc.
  • Smaller update to Organization's non-CMS website

At Women's Voices Now we have a website where our film collection lives. The site is a WordPress site. The pages need to be re-designed to implement our visual branding guidelines AND needs to be Elementor friendly. It houses over 200 film pages, so we can't just let it go, if possible.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a dedicated staff member, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have visual branding guidelines, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,586 , allowing us to allocate budget to marketing campaigns to get these films to wider audiences all over the world

Our mission is to advance girls' and women's rights through film. This film collection is a free, educational resource that is not reaching enough people. We are working on the SEO side of things and need to be able to have a functioning website that is simple and searchable.

  • Volunteer Manager shares link to existing website with Professional
  • Volunteer Manager provides list of required updates to make (including sharing content or image assets, as necessary)
  • Both parties review our pro-tips for Organizations and Volunteers to ensure the project is set up for success

Milestone 1: Kick-Off Meeting
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional connect to discuss requested updates, and agree on a project timeline
  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with credentials to access the website admin portal

Milestone 2: Review Updates
  • Professional makes the requested updates to the website (if available, the changes should be made in a test or development environment first)
  • Volunteer Manager reviews each update, and reports any remaining issues to the Professional

Milestone 3: Implementation of Updates
  • Professional implements updates to the live website
  • Professional troubleshoots any issues that may arise immediately after implementing changes on the live site
