What we need

  • Strategic consultation surrounding the existing functions and the core needs the Organization seeks to address
  • Freshly written mission, vision & values statements
What we have in place
  • I am the founder of Global Leaders Today. On our website (up in dec 2015), we interview Global Leaders on their projects and have their recommendations on how to support non-profits worldwide. The first series is about Women Leadership. We currently have a substantial network of global leaders and tons of motivation.
How this will help
This project will save us $7,248 , allowing us to help 250 young girls find a school.

The success of our organization depends on the clarity and strength of its message. Without your help, we cannot convince world leaders to participate and grow our community. Your skills will empower us to ignite action and have real, on-the-ground impact.

Prep: Distribution of Prep Materials
  • Volunteer Manager provides the Professional with existing mission, vision and/or values, as well as annual reports and other relevant background materials

Milestone 1: Information Gathering & Outline
  • Professional and Volunteer Manager connect to discuss prep materials, the current vision, and future plans
  • Professional creates an outline for the mission, vision & values and incorporates any feedback from the Volunteer Manager

Milestone 2: First Draft
  • Professional shares the first draft
  • Volunteer Manager provides feedback which the Professional incorporates

Milestone 3: Final Draft
  • Professional delivers finalized, copy-edited version to the Volunteer Manager
