Website Content Audit
Website Content Audit
Project details
What we need
- Inventory and assessment of Organization's existing website content
- Recommendations of new content according to communication goals
- Note: This project does not include feedback on a website's layout and design. For support in that area, please check out our Website Usability Audit project
Additional details
We feel that while our web site is good, it could be better in terms of conveying what our organization does both in terms of the content and the format/layout of the site. We need a redesign of our site and a plan to implement these changes. Because we are a small organization, we do not have in-house expertise in terms of designing or creating web pages.
What we have in place
- We currently have a good website and a reasonable amount of images and videos, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a good writer (Development Director) running this project, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,052 , allowing us to do more. Our organization is small so even modest amounts of expenditures are difficult for us to include in our budget. We would rather spend our resources on our programs.
As with many organizations, our website is a primary way in which potential supporters and donors learn about our organization. Even though we redesigned our web site within the last few years, we feel that the site can be improved, especially because we have new information and media to include.

Our mission
The Garces Foundation is a non-profit organization supporting Philadelphia's immigrant community with healthcare and education programs. With these critical programs, the Foundation serves as both a lifeline and springboard to the American dream.
