What we need
  • Well written copy for an email series (3-5 emails), or significant edits to an existing campaign

I'm actually hoping to get someone willing to write a email series & coordinating social media posts for our homeless services organization. My goal is to have 2 emails, start at Hunger & Homelessness Awareness Week and have it culminate with Giving Tuesday - FB and Insta posts in between to drive donations & raise awareness. Annual Appeal letter will be out to previous donors & those connected with us. This targets anyone subscribed to email & catch new audience through boosted posts.

What we have in place
  • We currently have draft annual appeal letter, website, marketing material, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have grant language, statistics, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,002 , allowing us to keep 5 family's cell phones active for one year. For families fleeing domestic violence this can be a lifeline. For those needing telehealth access to recovery services this can keep them on track.

We are facing a difficult winter. Last year we were serving 500 people at this time, now we are over 600 with a waitlist. Nearly half of those we serve are youth. We are seeing 4-6 emergency calls a day requiring immediate assistance of some kind. We have a robust budget to provide the wraparound care we do, it takes a lot people, often not the sexiest thing to fund (salaries of case managers and administrative staff to get the work done & stay in compliance & maintain quality of program)
