Project details

What we need
  • An easily understood visual aid that communicates complex information
  • A high-resolution version of the Infographic in the Organization’s preferred format
Additional details

Infographic showing the benefits of using SNAP/EBT funds at a local farmers' market. Keeping our community healthy and having access to local produce

What we have in place
  • We currently have farmers market that we host in Hanalei and accept SNAP/EBT, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a market manager that manages our social media, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,212 , allowing us to continue to offer the SNAP/EBT program at our market. This will also help keep our market staff informed and empowered to promote this program.

We would like more locals to know that we accept SNAP at our market. We would like the community to understand why it's important to shop local and keep ourselves healthy by eating what is in season and locally grown. We would like people to know that by supporting our farmers, we strengthen our resilience as a community
