Project details

What we need
  • Designs for one piece of marketing or communications collateral (e.g., fact sheet, case study, event invitations)
  • Templates with accurate, print-ready specifications
  • Note: Please post an additional project if more than one piece of collateral is needed
Additional details

We would like help designing an informational double-sided print-ready postcard to pass out at community events.

This postcard would serve as a template that could be easily updated for each of our 17 chapter cities to insert their logo, chapter name and contact info, and photos if used in the design.

We have moved to primarily using Canva, but do have InDesign and Illustrator if that is the preferred software to design with.

What we have in place
  • We currently have examples we can share from other marketing assets, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have logo files and branding stylesheet, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,002 , allowing us to focus our time on development and training for our volunteer chapter leaders who create safe, welcoming service projects that unite neighbors through the common cause of service.

This postcard is the first in a collection of assets we'd like to create to include in a toolkit for our chapter leaders.

We mobilize LGBTQ+ and ally volunteers in 17+ cities and rely on volunteer chapter leaders to do outreach and recruit new volunteers, and they often request support to design handouts for community events.

Our small staff of 1.25 employees lacks the time to create new designs for every request so we are eager to find someone to help us create templates we can easily reuse.
