What we need
  • An edited 1-3 minute video delivered in electronic format as agreed upon between the Professional and Organization, with HD quality as a master version, along with any agreed upon formats for final usage
Additional details

We are holding a virtual annual meeting for our organization on November 17. We will be collecting brief videos celebrating our accomplishments from our board and youth council. The purpose is to celebrate with our board and stakeholders. It will be a huge boost of energy to the event!

What we have in place
  • We currently have questions prepped for the film clips, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have an annual meeting committee brainstorming great ideas, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $5,422 , allowing us to invest more directly in our youth programming and education services in schools!

We are so thrilled that our organization has been the recipient of a million dollar grant from the state government. We have so much to celebrate and so much to look forward to in the future. This project will really help capture where we have been and where we hope to go!

Prep: Information Sharing & Asset Exchange
  • Volunteer Manager provides overview of vision and goals for video, as well as information about target audience
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional agree upon file format and length of video
  • Volunteer Manager collects collateral (e.g. raw video footage, photos, testimonials, media materials) to be edited into the video, and digitizes all the materials in the format and resolution suggested by the professional. If applicable, the Organization provides links to 3-5 videos it would like the professional to use as a creative guideline for the final product

Milestone 1: Video Outline & Script Finalization
  • Professional reviews assets that the Organization shared (including existing footage and proposed script) to create video outline
  • Professional shares with Organization and incorporates feedback

Milestone 2: Video Creation & Feedback
  • Professional creates video in agreed upon format and shares with Organization for feedback (up to 2 rounds)

Milestone 3: Final Video Delivery
  • Professional delivers final video in agreed upon format

LiveMore ScreenLess provides awareness and education to promote Digital Wellbeing.

We are a 501 (c) 3 Minnesota-based Nonprofit. Everything we do - form the products and services we offer to the advocacy we advance - follows our 4-stage framework of engagement, education, communication, and systems that is grounded in the Whole School, Whole Community, Whole Child Model (WSCC) developed in partnership with the CDC and ASCD.
