What we need

Additional details

We would love to have a few graphics made specifically for an end of year campaign. The theme is United. And we can provide our visual branding guide with all of our current assets.

What we have in place
  • We currently have Branding Guide, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have our theme chosen (United), and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,002 , allowing us to provide our programs for one child for an entire year.

It will help us with our end of year fundraising campaign to support our programs throughout the year.

Prep: Distribution of Prep Materials
  • Volunteer Manager shares with Professional the intended platform(s) where graphics will be posted, ideas for copy, and images to include in the graphics (if any)
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional discuss the objective of the graphic, key audiences, and visual branding guidelines
  • Volunteer Manager shares examples of graphics or memes they like with the Professional

Milestone 1: Preliminary Design
  • Professional drafts three graphics using different themes to share with the Volunteer Manager
  • Volunteer Manager chooses one draft as a primary theme and provides feedback

Milestone 2: Graphic Creation
  • Professional provides Volunteer Manager with first draft of graphic
  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with up to two rounds of feedback

Milestone 3: Final Graphic Delivered
  • Professional delivers final version of the graphics and explains how to upload image(s) to the Organization’s chosen platform(s)
