What we need
- A document outlining each page and section of the website, with descriptions of written and visual content for each
- An assessment of the written content, specifically indicating where written content is final, draft (needs editing), or needs to be written from scratch
- An assessment of the visual content, specifically indicating which visual assets are ready and which need to be created or sourced
- Advice on how to collect content from other places (e.g., marketing materials, grant proposals, event photos, etc.) and edit it for the website

Additional details
New webpage is needed for after school program "Lockport Spokes"
Have an outline begun including "About us" and "Calendar" as starting tabs within the site.
Looking for any direction in getting this created and what will be needed.
What we have in place
- There is currently just a Facebook page created for this program that we are looking to get a webpage created for. The two big aspects of the site will need to be the "About Us" and a calendar where all of the daily events can get posted.
Would also like the ability to add more pages in the future if necessary. Program just began today so will need to get more photos to add as time goes on but currently have a logo (which may change) would also like to provide photos of each entity involved.
How this will help
This project will save us $1,636 , allowing us to Provide activities and snacks to local youth who need a safe place to go after school.
We would like to have a webpage made so that the kids have a place to go to look and see what activities are available to them every day. Will also have link to the page added in a local app for easy access to the students as well.
This will help get the information out and make more aware of this new venture.
