What we need
  • An edited 1-3 minute video delivered in electronic format as agreed upon between the Professional and Organization, with HD quality as a master version, along with any agreed upon formats for final usage
Additional details

We need some instructional videos edited in iMovie.

What we have in place
  • We currently have the videos completed, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have (N/A), and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $5,422 , allowing us to do more great work and spend more time fixing up bikes to give back to the community!

We share these videos with our Park Tool School attendees.

Prep: Information Sharing & Asset Exchange
  • Volunteer Manager provides overview of vision and goals for video, as well as information about target audience
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional agree upon file format and length of video
  • Volunteer Manager collects collateral (e.g. raw video footage, photos, testimonials, media materials) to be edited into the video, and digitizes all the materials in the format and resolution suggested by the professional. If applicable, the Organization provides links to 3-5 videos it would like the professional to use as a creative guideline for the final product

Milestone 1: Video Outline & Script Finalization
  • Professional reviews assets that the Organization shared (including existing footage and proposed script) to create video outline
  • Professional shares with Organization and incorporates feedback

Milestone 2: Video Creation & Feedback
  • Professional creates video in agreed upon format and shares with Organization for feedback (up to 2 rounds)

Milestone 3: Final Video Delivery
  • Professional delivers final video in agreed upon format

Our mission

Good Karma Bikes is not about bicycles. Our impact is in transportation equity providing those marginalized or of lower means with mobility and safe reliable transportation by bicycle. We work at the nexus of environmental sustainability, human wellness, and transportation.

What we do

We support low wage workers and those marginalized with safe relief le bicycle transportation. We provide skills and job experience for those with employment challenges. We engage under-resourced young adults with real-world work experience, continuing education, and community service through the medium of a social enterprise bike shop. We provide affordable transportation for all.
