Additional details
Our organization provides training to 8 large urban school districts in California and approximately 56,000 educators within our collaborative. We currently charge annual dues to our districts, but our pricing structure is outdated. We need some help figuring out the right price for our services and the dues we charge our 8 school districts. We are also planning on expanding our programs and need help pricing that out as well.
What we have in place
- We currently have our dues structure and contracts for each district, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have financial reports, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $6,868 , allowing us to reduce our overall deficit
We are working to self-sustain and become less reliant on grant funding. This project will help us create a pricing structure that will allow us to expand our programs without depleting our cash flow/reserves.
