Additional details
The position is a full time accountant for a non-profit which has payroll for the staff who work with the clients and clients who are on subminimum wage payroll. I'm looking to begin looking for applicants ASAP.
What we have in place
- We currently have the current accountant willing to help with the transition, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have an accountant manual, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $1,765 , allowing us to put those fund towards improving the programing for the clients. Our organization has operated under unhealthy leadership for several years until this last year. We have a lot of work ahead of us.
We are an organization experiencing a lot of turn over and changes. Having a quality job description will help with getting us to a more secure stage within the organization. Also we are a rural area and finding a quality and trustworthy candidate is difficult to do. A quality job description and interview questions will get us to the best candidate which our organization is in dire need for.

To develop community relationships that assist in the removal of barriers, stereotypes and attitudes that prevent individuals with disabilities from leading full, productive and satisfying lives in the communities in which they live.
