Additional details
Need help with creating a strategic plan that includes how to work with co-directorship. I would need someone that is Black/African American who has worked in social justice movement work especially around food justice.
What we have in place
- We have been supported by a National Organization that help give me insight on some of the things we need to look into.
How this will help
This project will save us $7,248 , allowing us to I would be able to be clear on how we are establishing the organization. Which would allow me to effective think about what funding we need for capacity building.
It will help us develop roles, responsibilities, and how we are shaping the organization.
