What we need
  • Up to 3 customized and professionally designed graphic(s)
Additional details

I am looking for assets to post on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram to ask for financial support for Afghan refugees that will be resettled in New Jersey.

What we have in place
  • We currently have branding guidelines and color palette, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have an urgent call to action because of the Afghan crisis, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,002 , allowing us to focus more on our direct service work and planning programs.

We want to mobilize the current community interest in providing support so we can provide long term services to these refugees.

Prep: Distribution of Prep Materials
  • Volunteer Manager shares with Professional the intended platform(s) where graphics will be posted, ideas for copy, and images to include in the graphics (if any)
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional discuss the objective of the graphic, key audiences, and visual branding guidelines
  • Volunteer Manager shares examples of graphics or memes they like with the Professional

Milestone 1: Preliminary Design
  • Professional drafts three graphics using different themes to share with the Volunteer Manager
  • Volunteer Manager chooses one draft as a primary theme and provides feedback

Milestone 2: Graphic Creation
  • Professional provides Volunteer Manager with first draft of graphic
  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with up to two rounds of feedback

Milestone 3: Final Graphic Delivered
  • Professional delivers final version of the graphics and explains how to upload image(s) to the Organization’s chosen platform(s)

Our mission

CWS Jersey City provides comprehensive case management and employment services aimed at empowering newly arrived refugees to build a foundation for long-term self-sufficiency and success in the United States. Services for refugees include basic needs support, case management, cultural orientation, health access assistance and intensive job preparation and placement services.
