What we need
  • A 4-week content calendar for one social media platform, including graphics & copy (12-20 posts, or as agreed upon by both parties)
  • A content calendar template that can be used to plan out posts in the future

We need assistance with content for our Instagram account.

What we have in place
  • We currently have our logo, pictures and content, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have upcoming activities scheduled, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,212 , allowing us to provide more food and deliveries to community members.

This project will get the word out to the community about our food pantry and nutrition workshops to participate in.

  • (If applicable) Professional audits existing social media account to determine which content types are performing best
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional discuss & agree upon target audiences, content types, and posting frequency

Milestone 1: Calendar Structure Creation
  • Professional uses Google Sheets, Excel, Airtable, or comparable software to set up content calendar structure
  • Volunteer Manager reviews and provides feedback, which Professional incorporates

  • Volunteer Manager shares raw materials (photos, quotes, stories, etc) that Professional needs to create content
  • Professional creates up to 4 weeks’ worth of social media posts (approximately 12-20 posts) and inputs into calendar
  • Volunteer Manager reviews and provides feedback, which Professional incorporates

  • Professional connects Organization’s social media account to a scheduling software like Buffer or Hootsuite
