Working to identify effective goals and strategies for working with my direct reports as it pertains to our values and overall organization culture and mission focus. Setting meaningful goals, challenges, and opportunities for development that are individualized for each of my team members. Assistance and guidance with coaching and correction of staff and issues that remain persistent or challenging to me.

What we have in place
  • We currently have All of my positions filled & ability to break down dynamics, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have involved HR department, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,978 , allowing us to focus expenses on patient aid and funding for service delivery

  • Professional communicates if feedback from other members of the Organization will be necessary

  • In-depth discussions may include issues such as strategy and goal-setting, program management, personnel management, and board management
  • Various techniques may be employed by the Leadership Coach to achieve the desired results

  • Volunteer Manager and Professional evaluate lessons learned and progress made
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional discuss areas and actionable items to focus on going forward
