What We Need
  • Up to 3 customized and professionally designed graphic(s)
Additional Details

Branded digital assets for upcoming annual luncheon. The luncheon is called Valor y Suenos (courage and dreams) but we are wanting to incorporate a spring carnival feel to the graphics. The event will celebrate mothers and children.

What We Have In Place
  • We currently have examples from past luncheons, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have photos you can use, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How This Will Help
This project will save us $3,002 , allowing us to enhance the actual event, and invest in a better registration system.

The annual luncheon is the largest fundraiser we host. It brings in $150K of our funds for the year to serve more families. More than 400 community members gather for a meal to learn about our mission and hear from some of the mothers served.

Project Plan

Prep: Distribution of Prep Materials
  • Volunteer Manager shares with Professional the intended platform(s) where graphics will be posted, ideas for copy, and images to include in the graphics (if any)
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional discuss the objective of the graphic, key audiences, and visual branding guidelines
  • Volunteer Manager shares examples of graphics or memes they like with the Professional
Milestone 1: Preliminary Design
  • Professional drafts three graphics using different themes to share with the Volunteer Manager
  • Volunteer Manager chooses one draft as a primary theme and provides feedback
Milestone 2: Graphic Creation
  • Professional provides Volunteer Manager with first draft of graphic
  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with up to two rounds of feedback
Milestone 3: Final Graphic Delivered
  • Professional delivers final version of the graphics and explains how to upload image(s) to the Organization’s chosen platform(s)
