Project details

What we need
  • Designs for a physical event collateral such as step-and-repeats, banners, tablecloths
  • Designs in appropriate formats for ordering with accurate, print-ready specifications
  • Recommendations on a vendor to create item
  • Note: This project does not include printing or ordering
Additional details

The Bean Bag Food Program is in its 5th year of feeding children and it is time to create a new event table display, one that is clean, fresh, and eyecatching! Cohesive, versatile products that can be used in a variety of combinations and sizes would be very helpful in providing different display options for several years. I have available a logo, colors, and fonts but I am open to suggestions for merchandising materials.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a logo, colors, and fonts, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a few photos, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $1,550 , allowing us to provide food to four children for a full school year.

This project is important because our current display consists of flyers that I print and frame at home! A new, professionally designed, attractive table display will help us attract larger donors and increase our donor base, ultimately leading to additional services that we can provide to our neighborhood children. We are also in the process of expanding to a new neighborhood and I would like to introduce our program with a clean, fresh look.

Our mission

The Bean Bag Food Program strives to fill the gap of hunger that children experience on weekends. Children identified as economically disadvantaged or food insecure receive breakfast and lunch at school Monday through Friday. On the weekend food is scarce and at times non-existent. We provide weekly "Bean Bags", backpacks, filled with food to get them through the weekend so they can attend school ready to learn on Monday mornings. Stopping hunger so children can Focus, Learn, Succeed.
