What we need
- An Excel spreadsheet custom-built specifically for the Organization's finances
- Training on how to use the spreadsheet to understand the current financial situation and predict future states (e.g., plan for budget increases or decreases, hiring, and other key drivers)
Additional details
We are planning on a re-organization of our non-profit which includes additional support for the administration by way of new positions. We would like to have a solid financial plan moving forward to include in our strategic plan to ensure that our goals for the future will be met.
What we have in place
- We currently have a draft for the new FY operating budget, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have financial statements, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $18,494 , allowing us to use those funds to create a new position in our organization.
We are planning to re-organize from the top down. A solid financial plan will help us achieve our goals and will provide us clarity in how we move forward.
