Project details

What we need
  • 1-2 page summary of takeaways and trends from interviewing key individuals (no more than 8 interviews total)
  • Identification of the board’s strengths and recommendations for areas of improvement for board members collectively and individually
Additional details

We have a vacancy on our board. We wish to conduct a skills matrix / assessment of our current board members to see which skills are missing. We hope that this will inform our recruitment process for filling the vacant position.

What we have in place
  • There is a vacancy on our board, which we would like to fill. Our current board members would like a Catchafire volunteer with the requisite experience and expertise to assist us to (a) consider the existing skillset on the board (b) suggest who we should be looking at recruiting into the vacant position. We have a range of documents available including our constitution, board charter, strategic plan, statement of purpose and values. Our board members are available for interview as well.
How this will help
This project will save us $5,723 , allowing us to focus on what matters most to us which is delivering our services to our students.

This project will help enhance the governance of the organisation, and will assist us in achieving our strategic goals.
