Project Details

What We Need
  • A compelling narrative, or set of stories
  • Persuasive copy that can be used in appeals to donors, annual reports, grant applications, and media relations
  • Popular examples: Organization's founding story, a program achievement or milestone, a look back at the past few years, organizational backgrounder, etc.
Additional Details

We have tried, over the years, to describe our mission and our organization. We have still not been able to clearly and concisely explain our goals, our mission, and why folks in our demographic should want to support us by joining or donating, or volunteering. We still get responses like "I don't need it yet". It is not, in our view, a needs-based situation. We are not making ourselves sufficiently clear or desirable. Looking for someone with 5+ year of experience.

What We Have In Place
  • We currently have current and past grants and lots of written information, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have 3 people who are dedicated to this project, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How This Will Help
This project will save us $2,397 , allowing us to tell our story so people can understand what we do as an organization.

Our organization will not remain successful or even viable if we cannot communicate our needs and desirability to our potential members and/or donors.
